West Michigan Real estate statistics–2018 vs 2017.

The numbers are in for 2018, and as we look at the year that was, it’s nice to see the healthy real estate market balance continue.

Steady, moderate gains in average sale price year over, but the lack of inventory is still affecting the number of sales along our market area.

The graphs below represent average sold price and number of sales for single family homes along the west coast of Michigan, from New Buffalo up to Manistee.

The Condo market along West Michigan’s Lakeshore was also very strong in terms of average sold price, as West Michigan remains a popular place to retire.
